These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in Sheridan, Wyoming.

17. Mandatory Arbitration

  • Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Sheridan, WY;
  • Exceptions include: claims under $5,000 (small claims court) and intellectual property disputes;
  • You waive your right to a trial by jury.

18. Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be resolved individually. You waive the right to:

  • Participate in class action lawsuits;
  • Act as a representative or member in any collective proceeding.
